Why Pre-Order Early?

Pre-order plants are young plants that are still growing and being acclimated before they're ready to ship. Reserving early rewards you with the best available pre-order pricing and gives you priority in the current batch.

Best pre-order pricing

The earlier you reserve, the better the pre-order pricing. Each pre-order batch starts with the highest discount, which is gradually reduced as the batch progresses. Reserving early lets you take advantage of the best available offer.

Priority fulfillment

Earlier orders receive priority. Plants are fulfilled in the order pre-orders are placed. If demand exceeds the number of plants available from our supplier, customers who ordered first will receive plants from the current batch, while later orders will be moved to the next available batch or will be issued a refund.

Secure limited plants

Many rare plants are available in limited quantities, so ordering early gives you the best chance of receiving your plant from the current shipment.

Order Cut-Off Date Only Pre-Order

The cut-off date is the final day to place your order for this shipping cycle. Orders placed before this date will be included in the current batch and processed according to the schedule shown.

After the cut-off date has passed, new orders will move to the next available delivery schedule. Plants will then be prepared and shipped during the next shipping window.

Please note: Cut-off dates help us organize plant availability, preparation, and safe shipping timelines to ensure your plants arrive in the best condition.

After Cut-Off Date: Delivery Timeline

Estimated Delivery: 2–3 Weeks After Cut-Off Date

Once the cut-off date has passed, your order will be placed with our trusted international plant laboratories and suppliers. After the plants are carefully prepared, inspected, and received in Canada, we will ship them directly to your home.

Availability Notice

While we work closely with our trusted laboratory partners, availability cannot be guaranteed until your order is confirmed with the supplier. In rare cases, a variety may become unavailable due to laboratory inventory or quality control.

If this happens, we will contact you by email or phone within approximately 2 business days after the cut-off date. You will have the option to:

  • Receive a full refund, or
  • Choose another plant of equal value or pay the difference for a different variety.

Please keep an eye on your email (and phone, if provided) after the cut-off date, as a placed pre-order does not guarantee final supplier availability.
