At AgaPlantz, we carefully package every order to help ensure your plants arrive safely and in healthy condition. Because live plants are sensitive to shipping conditions, we ship orders carefully to reduce transit stress and avoid weekend delays.
Processing & Handling Time
Orders are processed and shipped between Monday and Wednesday only.
This schedule helps prevent plants from being held in shipping facilities over weekends, which can increase stress and transit damage.
Handling time is typically 1–3 business days depending on order volume and weather conditions.
Orders placed after Wednesday may ship the following week.
Delivery Time
Estimated transit time after shipment is typically 1–5 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated total delivery time:
- 2–8 business days from the date the order is placed
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:
- weather conditions
- carrier delays
- holidays
- transportation disruptions
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Canada only.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping Rates
We offer the following shipping options within Canada:
- Standard Shipping — Flat Rate: $14.99 CAD
- Express Shipping — Flat Rate: $25 CAD
Orders over $70 CAD qualify for free standard shipping.
Shipping rates displayed at checkout are the final shipping charges for the order.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped using carriers such as:
- Canada Post
- UPS
- FedEx
- Purolator
Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and shipping availability.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring packages are brought indoors promptly after delivery.
Live Plant Shipping Disclaimer
Live plants are natural living organisms and may experience temporary stress during shipping.
Minor cosmetic imperfections, bent leaves, soil movement, or temporary wilting may occur during transit and are considered normal shipping stress.
Customers should unpack plants immediately upon arrival and provide proper care and acclimation.
Weather Conditions
For the safety of the plants, AgaPlantz may temporarily delay shipments during periods of extreme heat, cold temperatures, storms, or unsafe shipping conditions.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge the natural risks associated with shipping live plants.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.
AgaPlantz is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, AgaPlantz is not responsible for theft, weather exposure, or damage occurring after delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
AgaPlantz is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or re-shipped orders.
