Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Shipping times may vary depending on weather conditions, carrier delays, and your location.

Yes. During colder months, insulation and heat packs may be used when necessary to help protect plants during transit. However, extreme weather and shipping delays are outside of our control.

If your plant arrives dead or severely damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the plant, the packaging, and the shipping label. We will review it and put it right.

If your plant arrives fine but does not pull through over the following weeks, that is covered by our 30-Day Plant Guarantee instead — free replacement within 30 days on plants under $200, and at 50% on plants $200 and over.

Either way, photograph your plant the day it arrives. That photo is required for both routes.

Because plants are live and perishable, we do not take general returns or change-of-mind refunds.

What we do instead is replace plants that do not make it. Our 30-Day Plant Guarantee covers every plant for 30 days from delivery, as long as you photographed it on arrival and followed the Acclimation Guide. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

We recommend unpacking your plant immediately after delivery and allowing it to adjust to your home environment. Avoid direct sunlight or repotting immediately after arrival.

Variegation is natural and may change over time depending on genetics and growing conditions. Future variegation patterns cannot be guaranteed unless specifically stated.

All plants are inspected before shipping. However, we still recommend quarantining new plants for a short period after arrival as a precaution.
