Cancellation Policy
Ready-to-Ship Orders
Ready-to-ship orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order, as long as the order hasn't shipped yet. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, even if it's still within 48 hours.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order. After 48 hours, your order is sent to our partner lab for fulfillment and can no longer be cancelled, as we have already committed to the nursery for your plant.
Mixed Orders
If your order contains both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, each item follows its own rule above. Ready-to-ship items can't be cancelled once shipped, and pre-order items can't be cancelled after 48 hours.
Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next delivery, cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date. Once a billing cycle has been charged, that order is processed and cannot be cancelled or refunded. Your cancellation takes effect from the following cycle, and no further charges will be made. You can also pause or skip a delivery instead of cancelling, as long as you do it before your next billing date.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Approved cancellations are refunded in full to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
